Steps:
- grease the muffin pan generously with shortening and place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Combine flour and salt in a medium bowl. In a small bowl beat eggs until foamy. add milk, stirring to combine. Gradually add milk mixture to flour mixture, stirring just until blended. Stir in butter. fill the wells 2/3 full and bake until browned about 30 - 35 minutes.
