Steps:
- Preheat over to 425F In a bowl, toss the apples with lemon juice. Arange them on pastry. In small bowl combine 1/2 C sugar, 2T flour & nutmeg. Mix well. Sprinkle over apples. Mix 1/2C sugar and 1/2 C flour and cut butter into the mixture making big crumbs. Slide pie into large brown paper bag and fold end over two or three times and secure with paper clips. Baking, on cookie sheet for one hour.
