1/2 stick butter
1 large bunch fresh broccoli, blanced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1/2 c milk
1 c kraft cheez whiz
2 c cooked, white rice
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. In a deep skillet, melt butter over medium heat. When butter is melted, add onion. Saute until softened. Add chopped broccoli and sautee for a minute or two longer.
  • 2. Add the soup, milk, rice and cheez whiz to vegetable mixture.
  • 3. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup grated cheddar. Bake at 350(F) degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  • 4. Serve!
