Baked Lemon Pepper Flounder image

you can also use tilapia instead of flounder. Also,try it with chicken.

4 slice(s) flounder or tilapia
- lemon pepper
- pam butter flavored spray

Steps:

  • Thaw flounder. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  • Cover baking sheet with foil. Spray with Pam, then sprinkle foil with lemon pepper. Place flounder pieces on pan, then spray top with Pam. Sprinkle top of fish with lemom pepper.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes until flounder is flaky when tested with fork. Note: thicker pieces of fish may take a bit longer, so check every 2 to 3 minutes.
