Butterscotch Crunchies image

The first time I ate these candies, Torchie Spann brought them to a Christmas party at church. I could not believe they were so easy to make because they were so delicious.

2 pkg butterscotch chips
1 can(s) chow mein noodles
1 c cocktail peanuts

Steps:

  • 1. Melt the morsels in the top of a double boiler.
  • 2. Stir in noodles and peanuts.
  • 3. Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper.
