1 gallon- hot water
1/2 cup - honey
1 cup - kosher salt
2 quarts- vegetable broth
1 cup - apple juice
1 cup - apple cider vinegar
1 tbs - onion powder
1 - bay leaf crushed
1 tbs - allspice

Steps:

  • Heat water, add ingredients, let cool. Brine meat for 12 to 24 hrs.
