Blueberry Tea Cake Recipe - (4.2/5) image

Topping:
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, rinsed
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 pound butter, cut into small cubes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix together first seven ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Spread into a greased 8x8-inch pan. Mix together all ingredients for topping and sprinkle on top. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
