- In a bowl, crumble blue cheese with a fork. Add mayonaise, worchestershire sauce, garlic powder, chives, & ground pepper. Add and mix in sour cream and buttermilk. (You can omit sour cream and add 1 cup of buttermilk only.) If dressing gets too thick you can add a little more buttermilk. This keeps for 2 weeks - refridgerated Grandma's note: "blue cheese is just as good as roquefort and a lot less expensive"
