You just can't beat homemade Roquefort salad dressing. Whether you call it blue cheese dressing or Roquefort, this dressing is so good!

1 Quart Best Foods mayonnaise ((30oz. size container))
4 oz. Roquefort cheese (crumbled (your favorite blue cheese works great))
1/4 cup green pepper (minced)
1/4 cup green onion (minced)
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
pinch garlic salt
pinch onion salt
pinch celery salt

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together well and chill overnight. Serve chilled.
