Bistecca Alla Siciliana image

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 pieces Strip Steaks
2 pieces Garlic cloves, crushed
3/4 cups Olive Oil
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
2 teaspoons Oregano
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper

Steps:

  • Marinate steaks in garlic and olive oil for 30 minutes (15 minutes on each side).
  • Combine cheese, breadcrumbs, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip steaks in bread crumb mixture.
  • Grill on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once.
