1/2 cup cake flour
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup oil
1000 g red bean paste

Steps:

  • Sift together flours.
  • Stir in oil and water.
  • Add sugar.
  • Form into round circles and flatten.
  • then fill with red bean paste in the center.
  • Bake at 400 for 15 min until golden.
