1 block extra firm tofu
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
kosher salt to taste

Steps:

  • Heat oven or toaster oven to 375 degrees Dry out the tofu between two dish towels Cut into 1" cubes Whisk together remaining ingredients Toss tofu in the sauce Bake 45 minutes, turn the tofu once in the middle of baking Delicious & fast meal ingredient for health conscious newlyweds! ;)
