1 Lb. Fresh Walleye Fillets
1 bag Andy's Yellow Fish Breading
2 Eggs
1 12 oz bottle Boston Lager
Vegetable Oil

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl, mix eggs and beer. In a second bowl pour fish breading, adding any extra spices to taste. Dredge fish through egg and beer mixture and shake off excess. Coat with breading, dredge through egg mixture a second time, and coat with breading a second time. In a deep frying pan heat 1 inch depth veggie oil over medium heat. When oil is hot, add fillets, raising temperature to medium high. Cook till golden brown on each side, approx 4 minutes per side. Remove and let fish drain on paper towels till excess oil drips off. Serve with lemon or tartar sauce.
