Beef Tip Casserole image

A great dish for those days you need a quick meal. Can be used with any type of cheese and you can use chicken or pork instead of beef.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 lb stew beef cut into bite size pieces
1 small onion chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
2 c white rice
1 Tbsp basil, dried
8 oz cheese any type you like
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 can(s) cream or chicken or mushroom soup

Steps:

  • 1. Cook rice as directed
  • 2. Put olive oil, worcestershire sauce in to pan on medium high heat. Add beef cut into bite size pieces, onions, basil, garlic powder, salt and cook till meat is a light grey color, do not over cook.
  • 3. Put rice in a bowl and add cream of chicken or mushroom soup, mix together, add beef mixture and 1 cup of the grated cheese and mix together put into 9 x 13 baking dish or small aluminum pans top with remander grated cheese and bake on 350 for 20 minutes or until brown on top.
