2 garlic cloves
pepper
salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon savory
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 lbs red fingerling potatoes, sliced in half lengthwise

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  • Finely chop garlic, and sprinkle with salt. Mash into a paste with back of spoon.
  • Place in bowl with thyme, savory and oil.
  • Toss potatoes with garlic mixture.
  • Place on foil lined baking sheet and bake until browned, about 20 to 25 minutes.
