Almond Cookies Made From Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough image

These cookies have all the ingredients of everything I like in a cookie. You have chcolate chips, almonds and coconut. Using the cookie dough it makes it so easy to make.

Number Of Ingredients 4

16½-oz pkg roll of refrigerated sugar cookie dough
3/4 c shredded, sweetened coconut flakes
1 c milk chocolate chips
3/4 c almonds, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat you oven to 350 degrees. Coat cookie sheets with cooking oil spray
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, break up the cookie dough into small pieces and allow it to soften at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  • 3. Stir in the coconut flakes, chocolate chips & almonds.
  • 4. Drop cookie dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared cookie sheets.
  • 5. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until cookies are JUST set and beginning to brown.
  • 6. Transfer to wire racks and cool completely.* Can be stores in airtight tins or containers between sheets of waxed paper for up to 5 days.
