Alfredo Rice Casserole image

this rice recipe,it filled with alfredo,without a pasta,it great with fried or baked chicken.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 c cooked brown rice
1 c cooked wild rice
1/2 c chopped carrots
8 hardwood bacon strips,cooked and crumbled
1 vidalia onions,peeled and diced
3/4 c chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 pkg cream cheese,cut into chunks
1 jar(s) refrigerated alfredo sauce
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c shredded parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2. In a large bowl,combine brown and wild rice,carrot,bacon,onion,sun dried tomatoes,cream cheese and alfredo sauce;mix well
  • 3. Transfer to a greased 8-inch square baking dish.Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
  • 4. Bake,uncovered,at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
