- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2. In a large bowl,combine brown and wild rice,carrot,bacon,onion,sun dried tomatoes,cream cheese and alfredo sauce;mix well
- 3. Transfer to a greased 8-inch square baking dish.Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
- 4. Bake,uncovered,at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
