8-Minute Low-Fat Cheesecake image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 - 8 oz. package of low-fat cream cheese
1 pint(s) low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 - 8 oz. container of lite cool whip
1/3 cup(s) sugar
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1 - graham cracker pie crust

Steps:

  • Let cream cheese soften. Using mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in yogurt and vanilla.
  • Fold in Cool Whip and blend well. Spoon into pie crust. Chill until set for about 2-4 hours. Optional: Top with your favorite fruit. Slice and serve.
