16-Bean Soup in Crockpot image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pkg 16-bean mix (or 13 bean or whatever you can find)
1 can(s) rotel diced tomatoes
1 lb beef smoke sausage
salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Soak beans overnight in warm water.
  • 2. Drain and put into crockpot.
  • 3. Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
  • 4. Add 1 cup water and tomatoes over top.
  • 5. Cut up sausage into bite-size pieces and place over mixture.
  • 6. Cook on high until hot then on low for 5 to 6 hours.
