2 pork tenderloins (1 pound each)
2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Place pork tenderloins in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; set aside 2/3 cup. Pour remaining marinade over pork; turn to coat. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, turning occasionally. , Drain and discard marinade. Grill pork, covered, over indirect medium heat for 8-9 minutes on each side or until meat juices run clear and a thermometer reads 160°-170°. , In a saucepan, warm the reserved sauce; serve with pork.

1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 (3 pound) pork tenderloin
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Steps:

  • Mix garlic, onion, and chili powders with paprika and salt. Rub mixture all over pork tenderloin.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat. Add pork and sear until golden brown on all sides, about 2 minutes per side. Wrap tenderloin in aluminum foil.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate. Grill the pork in its foil for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard together with the remaining olive oil. Unwrap pork on the grill and liberally brush the glaze on all sides. Continue grilling, brushing on more glaze, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), about 10 minutes more.
  • Allow to rest at room temperature for 5 minutes before cutting. Drizzle with any remaining glaze if desired.

1 1 1/4-pound pork tenderloin, trimmed, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick rounds, then cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons Asian sesame oil, divided
1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
4 small unpeeled tangerines or clementines, cut (with peel) into 3/4-inch pieces
1/4 cup Asian sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
6 baby bok choy, cut crosswise into 1-inch-thick ribbons, tough bases discarded
5 green onions, thinly sliced on diagonal, divided

Steps:

  • Place pork tenderloin strips in medium bowl; sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper and toss with cornstarch to coat. Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced ginger; stir 30 seconds. Add pork tenderloin strips; stir-fry until pork is beginning to brown and is almost cooked through, about 3 minutes. Add tangerine pieces; toss 30 seconds. Add sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and Chinese five-spice powder; boil until sauce in skillet thickens slightly, tossing to blend, about 1 minute. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon sesame oil, bok choy, and half of sliced green onions. Stir-fry just until bok choy is wilted, 1 to 2 minutes. 3 cups tangerine juice
1 carrot, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons grated peeled fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 jalapeno chile, seeded,minced
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup Thai red curry paste
1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin, trimmed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 tablespoons chilled butter, cut into pieces

Steps:

  • Combine tangerine juice, carrot, cilantro, grated fresh ginger, garlic, minced jalapeño, ground cumin and Thai red curry paste in heavy medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Boil mixture until carrot is very tender and liquid is reduced by half, stirring occasionally, about 12 minutes.
  • Puree sauce in blender or processor in batches until smooth.
  • Strain sauce and return to same saucepan.
  • Stir molasses, soy sauce, curry paste and ginger in large glass baking dish.
  • Add pork tenderloin and turn to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade.
  • Heat oil in heavy large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add pork and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
  • Transfer skillet to oven and cook pork until thermometer inserted into thickest part registers 160°F, about 25 minutes.
  • Transfer pork to platter.
  • Tent with foil to keep warm.
  • Bring sauce to simmer.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Gradually add 6 tablespoons butter, whisking just until melted.

4-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
