Steps:
- Blend apples in batches in a blender until no large chunks remain.
- Combine blended apples, white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger in a slow cooker.
- Cook uncovered on High for 1 hour. Place cover on slow cooker and continue cooking, stirring about twice per hour, until smooth, 6 to 8 hours. Remove the cover and continue cooking and stirring until thick and spreadable, 2 to 4 hours.
- Spoon into jars leaving about an inch of space at the top; seal and freeze.

Spicy and yummy! I use 4 pounds of fruit; not always the same fruit. Store jars in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or freezer for 6 months.

- Combine plums, apples, and apple juice in a large pot over medium heat. Cover pot and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes. Mash fruit with a potato masher.n
- Stir agave nectar, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger into mashed fruit. Simmer, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens, 30 to 50 minutes. Cool completely, at least 1 hour. Pour apple butter into jars and cover with a lid; refrigerate for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months.n

Add sugar and spices. Simmer, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently. Cool completely. Pour into jars. , Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
