Steps:
- In a large bowl mix together the cake mix, eggs, oil and butter. Add the mandarin oranges and juice, and beat well by hand. Pour the batter into three 9 inch round cake pans. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. In a large bowl combine the Cool Whip and instant pudding mix. Add the drained pineapple. Refrigerate until the cake is cooled. Spread between the layers and frost the top and sides of the cake. Store the cake in the refrigerator.

- Preheat oven per cake instructions. Cake: Dump mandarin oranges into cake mix with 1 egg, and 1/4 cup of oil. Bake per instruction on cake box. Topping: Mix Cool Whip with Box of Vanilla Pudding, and One can of crushed pineapple. Mix Together, spread on cooled cake and keep refrigerated. YUMMO!

- 1. Dump two large can of Mandarin orange into a yellow cake mix with one egg and 1/4 cup of oil or light oil. Bake temp per box. I would drain the Mandarin orange put one cup of water. I am a diabetic less sugar.
- 2. One tub of cool whip with box of vainlla pudding or sugar-free vanilla pudding and cn of pineapple or other fruit and drain. Mix together. Spread on cooled cake and KEEP IN THE REFRIGERED.

PIG LICKING GOOD CAKE
My two grown girls love this cake. My wife occasionally asks me to make it only to give it away to someone special. I enjoy making this cake and just baking everything. I included the note about cooling the cake completely because the 1st time I made this cake (I added to the recipe) because I did not wait long enough for the cake to cool and the frosting ran off the cake and around the platter. LOL

- Mix ingredients. Pour into either three 8" round cake pans, 2 round pans or 1 loaf pan.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
- While cake is baking, mix frosting and refrigerate. Mix Cool Whip, dry pudding mix, and un-drained pineapples.
- Please remember to cool cake completely then spread frosting.
