1 box (18 ounce) yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup butter
1 can (11 ounce) mandarin oranges with juice
1 carton (12 ounce) Cool Whip
1 box (3 ounce) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 can (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

Steps:

In a large bowl mix together the cake mix, eggs, oil and butter. Add the mandarin oranges and juice, and beat well by hand. Pour the batter into three 9 inch round cake pans. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. In a large bowl combine the Cool Whip and instant pudding mix. Add the drained pineapple. Refrigerate until the cake is cooled. Spread between the layers and frost the top and sides of the cake. Store the cake in the refrigerator.

Steps:

Preheat oven per cake instructions. Cake: Dump mandarin oranges into cake mix with 1 egg, and 1/4 cup of oil. Bake per instruction on cake box. Topping: Mix Cool Whip with Box of Vanilla Pudding, and One can of crushed pineapple. Mix Together, spread on cooled cake and keep refrigerated. YUMMO!

2 large can of mandarin orange
1 pkg yellow cake mix or sugar-free
1 egg
1/4 c oil or light oil
1 tub or cool whip or fat-free cool whip
1 large can of pineapple or other fruit
1 box vanilla pudding or sugar-free vanilla pudding
1 c water if you drain can of mandarin orange

Steps:

1. Dump two large can of Mandarin orange into a yellow cake mix with one egg and 1/4 cup of oil or light oil. Bake temp per box. I would drain the Mandarin orange put one cup of water. I am a diabetic less sugar.
2. One tub of cool whip with box of vainlla pudding or sugar-free vanilla pudding and cn of pineapple or other fruit and drain. Mix together. Spread on cooled cake and KEEP IN THE REFRIGERED.

TOPPING
1 large bowl cool whip
2 package(s) vanilla pudding (instant)
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice

Steps:

Mix ingredients. Pour into either three 8" round cake pans, 2 round pans or 1 loaf pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
While cake is baking, mix frosting and refrigerate. Mix Cool Whip, dry pudding mix, and un-drained pineapples.
Please remember to cool cake completely then spread frosting.
