Time 42m

Yield 20 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 3

3 dozen frozen meatballs (I use Trader Joe's party meatballs)
1 cup teriyaki sauce (try Soy Vay brand Very Very Teriyaki! It's deelish!)
red pepper flakes, to taste

Steps:

  • Drop meatballs and about 1/2 to 1 cup teriyaki sauce in a crock pot.
  • Add red pepper flakes to taste (I like them hot so I add quite a bit!).
  • Simmer for about 20 to 40 minutes (depending on the size of the meatballs, how hot your crockpot is). You can test one meatball by cutting into it; once it is cooked through, they are done!
  • If you don't have a crockpot, you can do this over the stove, too! Just make sure you keep it on low and keep checking to make sure the meatballs don't burn on the bottom!
  • Enjoy!

COCKTAIL PARTY MEATBALLS

Don't hate just because this is simple. I made this for a Christmas party with all of my business school friends and they loved it! I recommend using the Wolf's Neck Farm Organic Beef Meatballs. They are very tasty, organic and from my home town Freeport Maine.

MICHELLE'S DAD'S PARTY MEATBALLS

Michelle's Dad's Party Meatballs image

I got this recipe at my wedding shower and it is a great hit. DH isn't allowed to bring anything else to his potlucks at work and everyone looks for them at church potlucks too! Really easy, but really good! We prefer all beef meatballs, but that is just personal preference. Pepper jelly is good if you like a bit spicy. I often use all the little bits of jelly left in the fridge to equal 12oz. DH likes to use apricot jelly the best. If you have any leftover, they are great over noodles.
