LITTLE CAESARS ITALIAN CHEESE BREAD STICKS

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray a half sheet pan with non-stick spray. Spread pizza dough evenly over the pan.
- Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups shredded Italian cheese over the pizza dough. Bake for 10 - 13 minutes or until the bread is done, and the cheese begins to brown.
- While the cheese sticks are cooking heat together 3 tablespoons of butter and 1 clove of garlic in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
- When the breadsticks are out of the oven brush butter over the breadsticks. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning blend. Cut into pieces and enjoy.

- In bread machine pan, place the water, butter, salt, flour, sugar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and yeast in order suggested by manufacturer. Select dough setting (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons water or flour if needed). , When cycle is completed, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface; divide in half. Cut each portion into 12 pieces; roll each into a 4-in. to 6-in. rope. Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 20 minutes. , Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately brush with butter; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.

- Combine 1-1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt. In a small saucepan, heat milk, 1/4 cup water and butter to 120°-130°. Add to dry ingredients; beat on medium speed just until moistened. - 1. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, yeast sugar and salt. Add water and oil to dry ingredients; beat just until moistened. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
- 2. Turn onto a floured surface; knead for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
- 3. While dough is rising combine the remaining ingredient EXCEPT for mozzarella cheese.
- 4. Punch dough down; place on a greased 12-inch pizza pan and pat into a 12-inch circle. Brush with salad dressing and sprinkle seasoning mixture mozzarella cheese.
- 5. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into sticks and serve warm.

LITTLE CAESAR'S ITALIAN CHEESE BREAD RECIPE
Steps:
- In a large bowl or stand mixer, mix together water, yeast, sugar.
- Add in flour and salt.
- Mix with a dough hook until it comes away from the sides of the bowl - add more flour if necessary.
- Knead by hand or with dough hook for about five minutes.
- Cover the dough ball with oil, place in a bowl, cover with plastic, and let rise at room temperature 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Grease 9×13 glass baking dish with butter
- Press the dough into the pan
- Spread the softened butter over the top of the dough
- Spoon the minced garlic evenly over the top of the butter to make the garlic butter topping.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top
- Cover with tin foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove tin foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
