Impossible Pecan Pie - the easiest pie I've ever made! Only takes a minute to make. Simply dump everything in the blender and buzz. Pour the mixture into a pie plate with some pecans and bake. Easy Peasy! Bisquick, eggs, heavy cream, corn syrup, vanilla, brown sugar, butter, and pecans. Top the pie with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Great for parties, cookouts, potlucks, and holiday meals.

1½ cups chopped pecans
¾ cup heavy whipping cream
¾ cup corn syrup
¼ cup butter (melted)
2 tsp vanilla
4 large eggs
¾ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup Bisquick baking mix

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle chopped pecans in the bottom of the pie plate.
  • Place remaining ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth, about 15 to 30 seconds.
  • Pour batter over pecans in the pie plate.
  • Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until the center of the pie is set.
  • Allow the pie to cool completely before serving. Store the cooled pie in the refrigerator.

1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup original Bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, softened
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup light corn syrup (dark corn syrup may be used)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. grease a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle pecans in pie plate.
  • Beat remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour carefullly into pie plate.
  • Bake 45 to 50 minutes in preheated oven or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate any remaining pie.
  • To serve: You may wish to top off pie slices with whipped topping and a sprinkling of chopped pecans. Or serve it a la mode.

2 tsp vanilla
4 large eggs
1/2 c corn syrup, dark (karo)
1/4 c real maple syrup
3/4 c brown sugar, packed
1/2 c bisquick

Steps:

  • 1. Butter a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle pecans on the bottom of pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth for 15 seconds in blender on high or one minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake in 350^ oven until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 50-55 minutes; cool.
