3 clementines
3 dashes orange bitters
1/4 cup Gin (preferably Hendricks)
1/4 cup Campari
3 tbsp. sweet vermouth
ice
2 clementine slices for garnish

Steps:

  • Place 3 whole, peeled clementine and orange bitters in shaker and muddle until broken down. add Gin,campari and vermouth. shake with ice.strais into martini glasses. garnish
