HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL WREATH
Bring your outdoor holiday wreath inside with this festive and easy cheeseball. Use a small Bundt pan to form a wreath shape, or roll the mixture into a ball or log. For a cheeseball worthy of any big gathering, skip the Bundt pan and colorful garnish and roll the ball in toasted sliced almonds instead.

- Uncover and invert the cheese mold (or unwrap and transfer the ball) onto a serving platter. Sprinkle with the chives and parsley to completely coat the wreath, and garnish with the reserved 2 tablespoons peppers. Serve with crackers, sliced bread or crudites.

HOLIDAY HAM & CHEESE BALL
My mother always makes this cheese ball at Christmas, and growing up, I never realized there was any other kind of "cheese ball" but this one. I now make it for get togethers, holidays, or sometimes just because it's so good! There is never any left overs, and everyone always wants the recipe. This recipe makes 1 large ball or 2 small balls. *Note: My mother puts 1 tsp of Accent (MSG) in hers. I never buy this stuff, so I leave it out, and I can't tell a difference.

Steps:
- Place the cream cheese in a large, covered bowl and allow to soften at room temperature while preparing the other ingredients.
- Lay several pieces of ham on a cutting board and slice into 1/2" strips. Turn the cutting board and slice again, forming small squares. Set aside in a medium bowl or on a plate and separate the squares. Repeat with the rest of the ham.
- Slice the bunch of green onions into very thin rings.
- When the cheese is softened, add in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, green onions (add all or just enough for your preference), and 1/2 of the ham. Mix together well until ingredients are uniformly distributed.
- Using a large piece of plastic wrap, shape the cream cheese mixture into a ball. Roll the ball in the remaining ham pieces (faster) or manually press the ham squares into the cheese ball (prettier). Place on a plate and wrap in plastic wrap. Allow to chill for a few hours or overnight before serving. Serve with crackers, vegetables or crusty bread.

HOLIDAY PUMPKIN CHEESE BALL
This is a change of pace from the regular savory cheeseballs. It's very good and I serve this with cinnamon graham crackers to enhance the flavor. You can use an actual pumpkin stem to make the cheeseball look like a pumpkin or use a little stalk of celery with some leaf still on it. But, none of that is necessary if you don't...

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients except almonds and form to shape of a pine cone on serving tray.
- (Imagine a pine cone hanging from a branch. Now mentally slice that pine cone in half lengthwise and lay it on your serving tray. That's the shape you want to make.) Starting at the"bottom" of the pine cone lay almonds down flat on cream cheese with narrow end at bottom and wider, rounded end at top.
- Continue with more rows of almonds across the pinecone, slightly overlapping each row on the previous row.
- Remember that branch the pine cone was hanging from?
- Place your piece of evergreen like that.
- Obviously, don't use something poisonous or you can use a piece of silk (artificial) evergreen.
- They make some very attractive ones now.
- Or skip all that, form it into a ball and roll it in chopped pecans.
- Serve at room temperature.
