GREATEST QUESO THAT EVER LIVED
There are multiple versions of this recipe out there, and my brother-in-law just uses the Rotel and cheese and calls it good. We like this recipe with sausage rather than ground beef. The cream cheese adds flavor and creamy texture.

Steps:
- 1. Brown beef (or sausage) in pan over medium heat and drain. Set aside.
- 2. Cut the Velveeta and cream cheese into cubes and place into a crock pot. Pour in the Rotel and the soup and stir ingredients together. Place the crock pot on low setting for an hour, letting the ingredients meld.
- 3. After about 30 minutes, add the browned meat and continue to let cook, stirring as needed.
- 4. Keep warm and serve with tortilla chips or crackers of choice.
