- In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, onion and garlic. Transfer to a serving plate; shape into a 6-in. disk. Set aside., In a small saucepan, combine the butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Cook and stir over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat; stir in pecans. , Cool slightly. Spoon over cheese mixture. Serve with crackers.

- then place all ingredients large mixing bowl blend well. pour in to decorative bowl to serve.
- garnish with paprika and parsley. serve the next day. that way all flavors r blended well together.
HOLIDAY TREE-SHAPED CHEESE BALL
An easy, eye-catching way to serve a holiday cheese ball. The best news? You can make it up to a month in advance!

- Stir together cream cheese and Cheddar cheese; divide in half. Stir pesto into 1 half; stir onion, mustard and 2 or 3 drops pepper sauce into other half. Cover each half; refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm enough to shape.
- Place cheese mixtures on cookie sheet. Shape each half into cone shape to look like a pine tree.
- If desired, wrap each tree, label and freeze up to 1 month. Twelve hours before serving, remove trees from freezer. Thaw in wrapper in refrigerator.
- Just before serving, roll trees in parsley, pressing it evenly onto trees. Press pine nuts onto trees in string form for garland. Press bell pepper pieces onto trees for ornaments. Top each tree with star shape cut from lemon peel. Serve with crackers.

Steps:
- Soften cheeses.
- Mix all ingredients (except cereal or nuts) together thoroughly by using hands and squeezing through fingers (fun!).
- Form into three (3) equal balls or logs.
- Crush approximately 2 cups of Cracklin' Oat Bran cereal (or nuts) by placing in large plastic ziploc bag, close, and use a rolling pin to crush to desired texture (preferably fine).
- In a large bowl, gently roll balls or logs in Craklin' Oat Bran cereal or nuts.
- Chill and serve with pretzels and crackers.
