- Combine 2 ounces cream cheese, blue cheese, and vinegar in a small bowl. Add water, stir until creamy, and transfer to a larger bowl.
- Add remaining cream cheese, processed cheese spread, onion, and onion powder; mix until well combined. Mix in 1/2 cup walnuts until incorporated and shape into a ball.
- Spread plastic wrap on the counter and spread remaining walnuts over top. Roll cheese ball in nuts until completely covered, then place into a bowl to help it keep its shape. Refrigerate until firm, 8 hours to overnight.

- Combine the cream cheese, cheddar, Brie, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. With an electric mixer, beat on medium speed until incorporated. Add the parsley and continue to beat on low speed until just combined. Form the mixture into a ball and refrigerate until set.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil. Spread the pecans on the foil-lined sheet and toast in the oven for 7-10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely. When cooled, give the pecans a rough chop and return to the foil-lined baking sheet.
- In a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, mix the cream cheese, garlic, pickle, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack, pimentos, black pepper, hot sauce and pinch of cayenne pepper. Turn the mixer to medium speed and mix for about a minute. Transfer to a small bowl, cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.
