Steps:
- Place candy coating in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Add peanut butter. Stir in extract if desired. , In a large bowl, combine the cereals and marshmallows. Add the peanut butter mixture and stir until the cereal mixture is well coated. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until set. Store at room temperature.

Cdy in our family means candy....added to bottom of everyone of Mom's groc list, by someone???? No one has ever fessed up to being the one. lol This makes a huge batch of very addictive, easy candy. Great for filling out a goody box.

Steps:
- Mix together in a roaster or very large bowl all ingredients EXCEPT almond bark. Set aside
- Melt the almond bark slowly in a large microwavable bowl, stirring frequently.
- Pour the melted almond bark over the cereal, Spanish Peanut mixture. Mix well
- Drop by teaspoon fulls onto wax paper let set up, then store in air tight containers.
CAP'N CRUNCH DELIGHTS
This is a family favorite and always finds a place onto our Christmas treat tray! It's pretty with the colored marshmallows, tasty, and quick! These also freeze very well.
