1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Steps:

In a clean, dry bowl combine; flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Whisk all ingredients together and store in a clean, dry mason jar.
When you wish to increase a 15.25-ounce cake mix to 18.25 ounces, add three ounces of this mix (6 tablespoons) to your existing cake mix.
Some mixes may require more than three ounces of mix to make them 18.25 ounces.

1/2 c. water or milk
1/3 c. oil or softened butter
1 egg
For Chocolate Cake Mixes - To the above ingredients add 1/4 c. cocoa and an extra 1/3 c. sugar
For White or Yellow Cake Mixes - To the above ingredients add 1 t. vanilla

Steps:

Mix all together. Add to your already mixed cake mix batter. Bake according to package directions. The cake may need to bake 5-10 additional minutes.

15 oz strawberry cake mix
3 large eggs
1/3 c vegetable oil
1 c water
6 Tbsp original bisquick baking mix

Steps:

1. Heat oven to 350^. Spray a 9x13-inch cake baking pan.Set aside. Make cake according to package direction using these ingredients. Mixture will be thick. Pour into prepared cake pan. Bake 35 minutes or until tested done with toothpick inserted in center that comes out clean.
2. Top with your favorite frosting , when cake has cooled.
