Steps:
- 1. Cook pasta according to pkage Directions,adding a splash of oil to pot of salted water Aldente is suggestd for this recipe.
- 2. Drain Pasta. Rince with Cold Water. Set aside. In the bottom of a resealable container,mix Oil,Garlic Salt,and white wine vinegar. Stir well until somewhat combined.
- 3. Add Pasta and Stir to coat pasta fully. Add Tomatoes, a handful Blue Cheese crumbles,Shredded Parmesan,and dry Spinach leaves. Toss well!
