MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE WITH PINEAPPLE FROSTING
I doubled this and did in large pan for a crowd. However can be done as a one or two layer cake with icing in middle too.

Steps:
- 1. mix cake, eggs, oil, oranges and juice together till smooth
- 2. can do as one layer or two. Bake till set ...cool
- 3. Icing... mix pudding with crushed pineapple and juice..fold in cool whip well. Spread on cake and you can garnish with extra mandarin oranges if you wish. Keep refrigerated till slightly before eating.
