2 (7 to 8-inch) soft flour tortillas
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons hot fudge ice cream topping
2 bananas
2 teaspoons toasted wheat germ

Steps:

  • Spread tortillas with peanut butter. Spread ice cream topping carefully over peanut butter.
  • Place banana in center of each tortilla. (If bananas are very curved, make 2 cuts at intervals on inside edge to make them lay straight.) Sprinkle each with wheat germ. Roll up tortillas. Cut each in half diagonally.

Kids love to make these and they are so good too! Take these camping or for a pot luck. Just cut them into fourths. DO NOT GIVE TO CHILDREN UNDER ONE YEAR OF AGE, unless you omit the honey.

4 flour tortillas, taco size
2 bananas, medium size
1/2 cup honey
4 tablespoons nuts, chopped, any kind
8 tablespoons peanut butter, your favorite kind

Steps:

  • Mash bananas on a plate and set aside.
  • Spread peanut butter on each tortilla.
  • Next spread mashed banana one each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle with nuts.
  • Drizzle with honey.
  • Microwave each tortilla for 15 to 20 seconds.
  • Remove to plates as they can get messy and roll up.
  • ENJOY!
  • Can also sprinkle on chocolate chips or other favorite toppings.

A delicious south-of-the-border dessert that's a cinch to make! It's bananas, tortillas and a little bit of cinnamon and sugar; you'll love its sweet simplicity.

3 firm ripe medium bananas
2 tablespoons lemon juice
6 flour tortillas, (7 to 8 inches in diameter)
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/3 cup caramel, chocolate or butterscotch topping

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F. Grease cookie sheet.
  • Peel bananas and cut lengthwise in half; brush with lemon juice. Place 1 banana half on each tortilla. Stir together sugar and cinnamon; reserve 1 tablespoon. Sprinkle bananas with remaining sugar and cinnamon.
  • Roll each tortilla around banana; place seam side on cookie sheet. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with reserved sugar and cinnamon.
  • Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. Place on dessert plates. Drizzle with topping.
