Bratwurst Noodle Casserole image

2 pounds bulk Carle's bratwurst
1 medium onion, diced
12 ounces noodles, boiled, drained
1 pound sauerkraut, drained
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Brown bratwurst in skillet until fully cooked, but still juicy. Add onion and sauté. In a bowl, mix bratwurst, onion, noodles, sauerkraut, and mushroom soup. Place into greased 9x13-inch baking pan or 2-quart casserole dish. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
