MACRONI AND WIENER CASSEROLE

7 oz macaroni, elbow, cooked
1 c chopped onions
green peppers
garlic
1 lb weiners, sliced
2 can(s) cream of celery or mushroom soup
2 c cubed velveeta
dash(es) pepper
cracker crumbs

Steps:

  • 1. Melt some butter in fry pan, saute onions, add green pepper and garlic, as desired.
  • 2. Stir all ingredients together, put into large greased casserole.
  • 3. melt butter in sauce or fry pan, add cracker crumbs as desired, brown. Put on top of casserole.
  • 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

3 cups elbow macaroni (I prefer the jumbo kind)
1 pkg hot dogs
2 cans tomato soup
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp onion powder
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Begin boiling the noodles. While they are cooking, cut hot dogs into 1/2 inch slices.
  • When noodles are prepared, drain well, and pour into a large mixing bowl along with the cut-up hot dogs, tomato soup, ground mustard, onion powder and 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well and pour into a greased 13x9 inch glass baking dish. Top with remaining 2 cups of cheese.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned.

1 pkg of meat or turkey frankfurters
1 Tbsp canola oil
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c boiling water
2 can (1 6 oz)sauerkraut,rinsed and drained.
1/2 c hunts ketchup
4 Tbsp fresh chopped onions
2 Tbsp sugar (or honey)
2 md tart apple,peeled and chopped
lets talk frank,ha ha . really, you can use chicken,or turkey franks it will do as well. enjoy it with serve it with brown rice,and some white wine,or glass nice cold milk ,just glass of water and lemon twist.

Steps:

  • 1. IN a cast iron skillet heat . ADD canola oil,and heat frying pan or skillet; AND SET ASIDE.
  • 2. DISSOLVE bouillons cubes in water. COMBINE with the remaining ingredients in the skillet.
  • 3. PLACE the franks on top. COVER and simmer about 20 to 25 minutes.
