Crab Salad (Easy) image

Cape Cod has wonderful and easy recipes for seafood, and this is one of them, so easy and yummy !

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 c rock crab meat
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped green pepper
3/4 c sliced mushrooms
1/4 c chopped onion
3 chopped tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
DRESSING:
2 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 c mayonnaise

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients. Toss to mix well. Chill thoroughly. Serve on lettuce. Serves 6
