½ cup diced watermelon
2 fluid ounces watermelon vodka
1 fluid ounce agave nectar
¼ cup ice cubes
2 fluid ounces club soda

Steps:

  • Muddle watermelon in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, agave nectar, and 1/4 cup ice. Shake for 20 seconds.
  • Strain over a collins glass filled with ice. Top with club soda.

4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
3/4 cup frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
2-1/2 cups carbonated water
Lime slices

Steps:

  • Place watermelon in a blender. Cover and process until blended. Strain and discard pulp; transfer juice to a pitcher. Stir in limeade concentrate. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight., Just before serving, stir in carbonated water. Garnish servings with lime slices.

2 cups seltzer water, chilled
Mint leaves or sprigs, for garnish

  • In a blender, puree the watermelon, ice, sugar and lime juice and blend until completely liquid. Pour into a pitcher and top with the seltzer water. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint.

2 cups lemon-lime flavored soda, divided
1 lime, cut into wedges

Steps:

  • Place the watermelon and ice cubes in a blender and blend until liquefied. (Once you add the lemon-lime soda, it will thin out even more, add more ice cubes if you want it slushier.) Slowly add 1/2 of the lemon-lime soda and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with limes and serve.

6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
1 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
1 cup seltzer
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Steps:

  • Put watermelon into blender in batches and process until smooth. Strain through a sieve and discard solids.
  • Combine lime juice, sugar, honey and ginger in a bowl. Whisk until sugar dissolves.
  • Combine lime mixture and watermelon with seltzer, pour into tall glasses over ice, and garnish with mint. Or combine lime and watermelon and chill for several hours before adding seltzer to allow for deeper development of ginger flavor.
