Baked ATHENOS Feta Bruschetta image

No mozzarella? No problem! This Greek-style baked bruschetta gets its cheesy deliciousness from feta cheese.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 cups mixed red and yellow grape tomato es, cut in half
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pkg. (8 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Feta Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Combine tomatoes, garlic and oil.
  • Place cheese in shallow baking dish; top with tomato mixture.
  • Bake 15 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with basil.
