6-1/2 oz. (1/2 of 13-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Turkey Sausage
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup water
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner Made With 2% Milk Cheese
2 cups small broccoli florets

Steps:

  • Cook turkey sausage in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally; drain.
  • Stir in tomatoes, water and seasoning. Bring to boil. Add Shells; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 7 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Add broccoli; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in Cheese Sauce until blended.

1 1/4 cups pasta (any shape)
16 ounces frozen broccoli carrots cauliflower mix
8 ounces Velveeta cheese (2- of the 4 ounce original flavor sauce packets)
1 lb sausage

Steps:

  • 1) Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and cover.
  • 2)While the pasta is boiling, cook the frozen vegetables according to the package directions. Drain.
  • 3) Brown the sausage in a large skillet. Drain if necessary.
  • 4) Add the cooked and drained pasta, the cooked and drained vegetables, and the 2 packets of Velveeta to the cooked sausage.
  • 5) Simmer until the cheese is heated.
