VEGGIE TOMATO JUICE RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: tomatoes, carrot, celery, red bell pepper, salt, pepper, garlic, water, fresh parsley

Steps:
- Add the tomatoes, carrot, celery, red bell pepper, salt, pepper, garlic, and water to a large pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat, let cool for 10 minutes.
- Add mixture to a blender and add in the parsley. Blend until consistency is smooth.
- Serve chilled.
- Enjoy!

- In a Dutch oven or large kettle, combine all the ingredients; crush the tomatoes slightly. Bring to a boil. Reduced heat; cover and simmer for 1-1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently. Cool. , Press mixture through a food mill or fine sieve. Refrigerate or freeze. Shake or stir well before serving.
