Number Of Ingredients 8

3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1-1/2 cups shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
6 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and patted dry
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup french-fried onions

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Fold in broccoli and spinach. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with French-fried onions. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the center reads 160° and top is lightly browned.

This is a recipe handed down through the family. It is always requested at church and family functions usually with no leftovers! It is delicious and a good recipe to get the kids to eat their vegetables.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/2 lb broccoli, chopped
1/4 c carrot, chopped
1/4 c onion, chopped
1/4 c celery, chopped
1 can(s) cream celery soup
1/2 c sour cream
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 c herb-seasoned herb mix
2 Tbsp butter, melted

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place vegetables in a pot of boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes. Drain well and set aside.
  • 2. In a large bowl combine soup, sour cream and pepper. Fold in vegetables; mix well. Pour into a greased 2qt casserole dish.
  • 3. Combine stuffing mix and butter. Sprinkle around the edges of casserole. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.

2 cups fresh broccoli florets
2 cups fresh cauliflower florets
2 eggs
1/2 cup Kraft Mayonnaise
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Kraft Grated Cheddar Cheese, divided
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
1 box seasoned croutons

Steps:

  • Bring cut up veggies to a boil in enough water to cover. Drain and put in lightly buttered 11x7" casserole.
  • Beat eggs. Combine the mayonnaise, onion, mushroom soup, eggs and half the grated cheese. Pour evenly over veggies and sprinkle remainder of cheese over top. Level gently. Pour melted butter over top of entire casserole. Spread croutons over entire top of casserole.
  • Bake 40 minutes in 350°F oven.

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 pounds turnips
1 pound carrots
1 pound parsnips
2 medium kohlrabi (1 pound)
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon or 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
3/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 medium onions, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 garlic cloves, minced

Steps:

  • Peel and slice turnips, carrots, parsnips and kohlrabi into 1/4-in. julienne strips. Place in a 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with parsley, pepper and tarragon. Pour broth over all. Top with onions and garlic. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Uncover; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until vegetables reach desired tenderness.

small cauliflower 1 tin cream of celery soup
10 oz frozen baby carrots ( I have used fresh) 1 tin cream of cheddar soup
10 0z frozen Brussels sprouts 1/2 cup milk
10 oz button mushrooms 1 tsp parsley

Steps:

  • Break cauliflower up into flowerets in large saucepan, add carrots and sprouts. Add enough water to parboil until not quite cooked, (If carrots are fresh you might have to parboil first for a little while) Drain and place into a 2 quart casserole dish. Add mushrooms to veggies. In a separate dish, stir soup, milk and parsley together. Pour over vegetables. Stir lightly and bake uncovered in 400 F oven for 35 minutes.

1/3 cup(s) diced green onion
1/3 cup(s) diced celery
1 small green bell pepper, diced
1 can(s) 10. oz. cream of celery soup
1 can(s) 10 1/4 oz. cheese soup
8 ounce(s) sour cream
8 ounce(s) pub cheese
30 ounce(s) shredded hash browns, thawed
12 ounce(s) steam fresh vegetables with broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
1 cup(s) melted butter, allow to cool
1/3 cup(s) crushed saltin cackers
1/3 cup(s) french fried onions
1/3 cup(s) cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet add a tablespoon of olive oil, saute onions, celery and bell pepper until tender.
  • Add the celery soup, cheese soup, pub cheese and sour cream, mix together.
  • turn burner off. Lightly spray a 9x13 inch dish.
  • Cook steamer veggies in microwave until thawed.
  • In a large bowl add the shredded potatoes and veggies.
  • Pour contents of skillet mixture into the bowl, mix well.
  • Spread into casserole dish.
  • Bake 45 minutes uncovered.
  • Mix crushed crackers, french fried onions and shredded chedder cheese into cool butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Cook another 5 minutes.
