3 cups egg noodles
1 tablespoon butter
1 small onion (diced)
2 stalks celery (diced)
⅔ cup frozen peas (defrosted)
1 can tuna (5-6 ounces, drained)
10 ½ ounces condensed mushroom soup
⅓ cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon parsley
½ cup panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter (melted)
½ cup cheddar
1 tablespoon parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine topping ingredients and set aside.
  • Boil noodles al dente according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Cook onion and celery in butter until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In a large bowl combine noodles, onion mixture, peas, soup, milk, cheese, tuna and parsley. Mix well.
  • Spread into a 2qt casserole dish and top with crumb topping.
  • Bake 18-20 minutes or until bubbly.

10 ounces responsibly fished tuna (see note)
14 ounces shirataki ziti Miracle Noodles (2 bags)
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (divided)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 cup coconut milk (or other low carb milk)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 ounces cream cheese
pork rinds

Steps:

  • Rinse and drain shirataki noodles well. Soak for 5 minutes if desired (this helps rid the unpleasant taste).
  • Stir fry shirataki noodles in dry pan over medium high heat until noodle feel as if they are sticking to the pan (they should be very dry at this point).
  • Pour noodles into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and add tuna. Set aside.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons butter over low heat.
  • Gradually add coconut milk.
  • Sprinkle in 1/3 cup shredded cheddar, garlic powder, and xanthan gum.
  • Heat until thick and bubbly.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Add cream cheese until smooth.
  • Pour over tuna and shirataki noodles in baking pan.
  • Sprinkle reserved cheddar cheese on top and then pork rinds (if using).
  • Bake at 375°F for about 40-45 minutes or until top begins to brown.

1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
4 ¼ teaspoons kosher salt, divided
4 tablespoons salted butter, divided
5 teaspoons olive oil, divided
1 (8 ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small white onion, minced
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 ½ cups chicken stock
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 ½ cups shredded white Cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen sweet peas
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
1 cup panko bread crumbs
¼ teaspoon ground paprika
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add egg noodles and 3 teaspoons salt to the boiling water; cook until tender yet firm to the bite, about 6 minutes. Drain noodles. Return to pot and set aside.

1/2 cup 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
3 ounces albacore tuna, drained and crumbled
2/3 cup frozen baby peas or 2/3 cup frozen mixed vegetables

1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

Steps:

  • Drain tofu noodles. Using a scissors, cut them into 1-2" pieces. Parboil for 2-3 minutes to remove the "Shirataki" aroma from the noodles.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F Spray a small casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Mix the noodles, soup, tuna, peas, and seasonings together in the dish. Add breadcrumbs to top if using, and sprinkle with a bit more black pepper.

1 (8 ounce) package uncooked medium egg noodles
½ medium onion, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
8 ounces button mushrooms, sliced
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Butter a medium baking dish with 1 tablespoon butter.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Stir in the onion, celery, and garlic, and cook 5 minutes, until tender. Increase heat to medium-high, and mix in mushrooms. Continue to cook and stir 5 minutes, or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
