24 ounces tuna, drained
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 pinch salt
1 (16 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain pasta; return to pot.
  • Place tuna in a skillet over low heat; season with onion powder and salt. Cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Stir tuna into cooked pasta. Add Alfredo sauce; stir until combined. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.

1 (14.6 ounce) package penne pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 onion, chopped
3 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup heavy whipping cream
salt and ground black pepper to taste
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 ¼ cups grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain and toss pasta with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an ovenproof baking dish.
  • While penne is cooking, melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring often, until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add tuna and cook for 2 minutes. Pour heavy cream over tuna and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add penne and toss well. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and cover with Parmesan cheese.

3 cups mafalda (mini lasagna), mostaccioli noodles, or penne pasta
1/2 cup basil pesto
1 10-ounce container refrigerated cheese or plain Alfredo sauce
1 12-ounce tuna (drained and chunked)
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  • Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to directions, taking 1 minute off the cooking time. When the pasta is almost al dente, drain well.
  • Meanwhile, combine the Alfredo sauce and pesto in a medium bowl and mix to combine. Add the cooked pasta and tuna, mixing gently.
  • Pour the tuna mixture into a greased 2-quart glass baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese.

1 lemon, juice of
3 cloves chopped garlic
olive oil
1 bunch chopped fresh basil
1/2 lb penne pasta (I prefer whole wheat pasta)

fresh parmesan cheese or romano cheese (I prefer Locatelli Pecorino romano)

Steps:
