CHICKEN SAUSAGE FARFALLE
We developed this recipe after we had something similar at an upscale Italian Restaurant. We made it the way we like it. It is simple, the kids love it and you can play with the ingredients to your liking.

Steps:
- Slice and Fry Sausage in the listed spices, as much as you like.
- Cook noodles until el dente.
- Fry onions and garlic, with some of the above spices in olive oil until onions are just translucent.
- Turn off onions and gently mix in tomatoes. You do not want to cook the tomatoes.
- Mix together the sausage, onion mixture, cheese(s), basil,cream and noodles. Cook gently over med high heat. You may not want to add all the cream at once. Cook for a little and then adjust the amount of cream to your liking.
- Adjust the spices and add more as you need it. serve and enjoy.

ASIAGO SUN-DRIED TOMATO PASTA
This recipe is sooo good and definitely not low fat. The creamy sun-dried tomato Asiago sauce is delicious!

Steps:
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook 2 cups cream until just bubbling. Watch carefully, to ensure that it doesn't boil over. Stir in bouillon and Asiago cheese. Stir with a whisk until dissolved. Add cornstarch mixture, and simmer until sauce is thickened, stirring constantly. Mix in the sun-dried tomatoes. Set aside, or cover and refrigerate for later use.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute red onion until soft and translucent. Stir in garlic and cooked bacon, and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in green onions, chicken and 1 cup cream. Cook, stirring, until cream is heated through. Add Asiago cream sauce, and heat through. Toss with cooked pasta until evenly coated, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

TOMATO ASIAGO FETTUCCINE & ITALIAN CHICKEN SAUSAGE
This is one of those, WOW dishes that came about purely accidentally. It has delicious flavor and I plan to make it often.

Steps:
- Put sausage links in skillet with the 2 cans of diced tomatoes and about 1 c. of water, Mrs. Dash tomato and basil, sugar and black pepper. Gently simmer for about 20-30 min. till sausage is done. Add more water if needed. Once done, remove sausage. You will want a juicy sauce, so if you need to add a little water go ahead. Your pasta will soak up some of the liquid.
- Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, drain and place in skillet with tomatoes, add 1/4 c of butter and Asiago. Heat for a few minutes longer, stirring to mix together pasta and sauce.
- Garnish with chopped flat leaf Italian parsley.
