SWEET POTATO ORANGE CUPS
Serve this refreshingly sweet side dish to your guests in separate cups you craft...from oranges! All you have to do is cut oranges in half, scoop out the fruit and fill the peel with the sweet potato mixture. It's a hit among our family and friends. -Melonie Bowers, Sugarcreek, Ohio

ORANGE MARMALADE GLAZED YAMS OR SWEET POTATOES
this recipe is from an old community cookbook that i picked up at a garage sale.. The Cookbook is from the National Council of Jewish Women --? date This recipe was put into the cookbook by Sheila Weilheimer. This recipe makes wonderful, abeit a bit different, Yams. The recipe is very easy to make. I have changed some of the directions to make things clearer. I also added a bit of butter ( the original recipe had none so this could be made that way-fat free!) . YAMS ( SWEET POTATOES ) COINTREAU
My husband is not a huge fan of sweet potatoes, but I think he liked this just as much as I did. This has a subtle flavor, and the only sweetness comes naturally from the sweet potatoes. I used more liqueur and pepper. From Southern Living.
