CHOCOLATE PEANUT GRAHAMS image

Number Of Ingredients 4

4 whole cinnamon graham crackers , broke into quarters
1/4 c creamy peanut butter
1 c semi-sweet chocolae chips
3 tsp shortening

Steps:

  • 1. Spread half of the graham crackers quarters with peanut butter. Top with remaining crackers. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and shortening. Stir until smooth Dip crackers into chocolate. Place on waxed paper lined pan. Refrigerate until set. Makes 8 cookies,
