- 1. Place frosting and peanut butter in microwave safe bowl and heat for one minute at 50% power. I used a 1200 watt microwave.
- 2. Stir in quick cooking oats until mixed well.
- 3. Spoon out balls on to parchment paper and allow to set up. You can refrigerate if you like.

- Add melted coconut oil and peanut butter in a medium mixing bowl and stir until combined. Add coconut sugar, cocoa powder, almond milk, sea salt, vanilla.
- If desired you can heat the peanut butter cocoa mixture on the stovetop over medium low heat to fully dissolve the coconut sugar, about 5-6 minutes. Sometimes I do this and sometimes I don't. Depends on how much time I have.
- Add oats to a large mixing bowl and top with peanut butter cocoa mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Using a small/medium cookie scoop, scoop the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use your hands to press the dough down a bit and form the cookies into a cookie shape.
- Place baking sheet in fridge until cookies are set, then serve. Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.

- Gather the ingredients.
- Add the butter, milk, sweetener, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
- Once the mixture comes to a boil and the ingredients are thoroughly homogenized, remove from the heat.
- Add the oats, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt to the mixture; stir well to combine.
- Drop heaping teaspoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. (Alternatively, you can roll balls of the dough or use a cookie scooper to create cookie mounds.)
- Place the sheet tray in the refrigerator. Let sit in the refrigerator for one hour, until firm, before enjoying.

- Bring this to a boil for 1 1/2 minutes butter, splenda, salt, cocoa, milk.
- In large bowl mix oatmeal, peanut butter, vanilla.
- Add boiled mixture, a little at a time until you have the consistency of a drop cookie. Put wax paper on a cookie sheet, use tablespoon to form balls, drop onto wax paper. Put cookies into freezer on the tray.
- After a few hours put them into zip lock baggies. Keep the cookies in the freezer and eat them. You can eat them frozen, or let them defrost a bit.

- In food prosessor or mixer bowl add Sugar Free Quik, vanilla, margarine and milk and blend until smooth.
- Add coconut and oatmeal and blend until mixed together well.

- Ready to eat in 1 hour.
- Keep in the refrigerator.
