1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 hamburger buns, split

Steps:

  • In 10-inch skillet, cook beef, onion and celery over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients except buns. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
  • Fill buns with beef mixture.

1 pound(s) ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) flour
1 teaspoon(s) each salt and paprika
1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup(s) sour cream

Steps:

  • Brown the beef with the onions. Drain. Blend the flour, salt, paprika, and pepper into the meat
  • Stir in the soup and cook about 10 minutes.Stir in the sour cream and cook 3 more minutes
  • serve on toasted buns
